My motivation to come to VCU to study English
Always is important to learn another language because that can help in any place. English is an usfull language, but to learn that is hard. I came to VCU to study English because I am a Combony Missionary Sister and I need to learn English. I did not choose VCU, I just chose to study English because I want to go to Africa to teach there. I am having a good time in this school because I am sharing with people from many countries.
Could you please tell us more about being a Combony Missionary Sister? Where would you like to go in Africa? I was fortunate enough to be a visiting teacher for a month in Mozambique a couple of years ago and it was an amazing experience (but too short). In some way, you picked VCU (as there are many other English programs in the US.) Why VCU or why VA?
